• Iron Thunder Saloon and Grill, 608 W. Roosevelt Blvd., Monroe – 84.5

Violations include: A certified food protection manager wasn’t available at the start of the inspection but one arrived during the inspection; employee didn’t wash hands properly; slicer and can-opener were not clean; chicken wings, pepperoni, cheese, grilled onions, lettuce, raw chicken, tomatoes and sour cream were not held cold enough; and baked potatoes, pasta and dips were not labeled by date.
