• Little Caesar’s, 325 Unionville-Indian Trail Road, Indian Trail – 87.5

Violations include: Person in charge couldn’t answer “site-specific food safety questions;” person in charge pulled out a bag of pepperoni after counting money; hand sink was blocked with food container; unclean food containers were stored on clean dish rack; and containers of pizza sauce in walk-in were not held cold enough.
