People moved to Indian Trail for the lower taxes, not for Indian Trail having parks since there were none before 2012. Mr. Gotro should have the businesses of the ITBA to also pay for some of the equipment for these parks to save more tax payer money. It would be an investment for Indian Trail. As for Mr. Cohn and Mr. Fish, property and home values will not be affected due to the parks only if the houses are next to the parks. All 35,000 Indian Trail residents then must live next to the parks?

Taxes will not increase since the taxes were increased by 27% on June 12, 2012 by four members of Town Council, which there would be NO tax increase since it was done for you previously . However, what other bond referendums will be up for vote in 2013 for Indian Trail? I am sure there will be something else needed by the Town Council by that time. What about more ROAD IMPROVEMENTS to existing roads in need of it?
