Frosty weather didn’t stop residents from coming out to watch over 140 floats and entries in the Waxhaw Christmas Parade Sunday, Dec. 12. Rain stopped just 30 minutes before the event began and the sun broke out, giving people the opportunity to watch toy soldiers, horses and of course Santa stroll down Main Street.
