This is why normal people like me to not volunteer for Wesley Chapel, which is really sad for our community. First, Mr. Grexa has the dates incorrect. The Master Plan Committee worked until May of 2008, not 2007. Second, Mr. Grexa points out with exclamation that the Master Plan was not adopted in its entirety, which is absolutely irrelevant. The Master Plan Committee members worked for years to complete the project that the Mayor and Council members tasked them to do. A key element was citizen input. The Master Plan Committee did an outstanding job of getting citizens engaged. Two of the candidates for Wesley Chapel Council have never bothered to gather input from the general community, but only their small group of friends. Again, this is so sad for our community.
