WINGATE — Wingate University students took a number of trips this year through the W’International program to add to their studies.
The choir took a trip to Estonia, where they won an international competition; a literature class visited England and Ireland; and 12 students studied language immersion in Costa Rica.
The program allows students to travel for 10 days to their chosen destination with a faculty member. In all, 155 students will get international experience through the school this summer.
