System makes extra space for Union Smart Start classes

MONROE — The Union County Public Schools Board is making room for more Union Smart Start classes starting next school year.

The program, which provides quality instruction to pre-kindergarten students, will hold classes at the Walter Bickett Education Center, 1200 Concord Ave., Monroe. The six classes will each have 18 students.
