Stallings students look to the stars

Stallings Mayor Lynda Paxton reads to the kids at Stallings Elementary’s Literacy Night: Reading Under the Stars Dec. 1.

John Deere and his daughters, Mallory, 5, and Madeline, 7, play a Dr. Seuss board game. Deere, Mallory, and his other daughter Madeline, participated in the different campsites of literacy activities as a part of the program after dinner.

Greg Wright plays a game with his sons, Jovan, 6, and Athan, 8, while holding his daughter Nia, 5 months. Greg said his sons love reading.
